customer from canada gets an error"sms not enabled for sms" on the ringcentral automator app how can i fix this issue?

May I ask if you could send text message from that phone number from the RC app? If you can't, then the issue is with the phone number, not the Automator app. And I could guess that is the case.

In that case, submit a customer support ticket to get help.
