Hello-
I set up a shared line for one of my users, who will be working from home occasionally as well as in the clinic. Goal is for her to have the same experience in either location.
Now that I have her set up as a shared line, all her park locations disappeared off her hard phone, and I cannot add her extension as a member of the existing park locations.
Is this a supported function within RingCentral?
