Their is a dashboard migration schedule starting Dec. and running 6 to 8 weeks. The question agent home screen is on the old dashboard. Does the agents have to load the home screen on the new dashboard? Home screen the CXOne remembers the screen that you logout on the next time you login it will take the agent to the home screen (dashboard).
