Alerts for Events/Tasks at actual timeframe

Hello,

Was Just wondering if there is a way to have alerts show up on the screen for my employees during the actual time frame. Ultimately, I would like to use it for inside of a team to have it alert them ex: 1:00pm for an event, and they check mark it off when completed.
