What does it mean when fax failed error code is "CallFailed"

What does it mean when fax failed error code is "CallFailed"

I am getting CallFailed error code when sending some of the faxes, what does it mean exactly? Is it because something went wrong from the receiver end ?

I guess that it was because of connection problem.

Thanks for the reply, I am also getting faxErrorCode: TooManyPages, can you tell me where I can find these information?
