High System Usage Desktop App Version 23.4.26

Has anyone ran into an issue with 23.4.26 using a ton of system resources? This is the 8th call today from staff. Various of systems with a variety of hardware specs. Seems like multiple instances running even with a fresh install. A few others I have have seem were at 100% CPU usage.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Also having the same issue particularly since switching video platforms to RC Video. Myself and my users are getting an error message in video meetings stating something to the effect that the video is degraded due to high cpu usage. Have to close nearly everything to clear the message. Untenable situation.
