Not natively within RC MVP. You're going to want to look at one of their CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. RC has their own product: RingCX, but also resells Nice inContact CX1 which is an extremely powerful CCaaS solution.
An example workflow would be to ingress the phone call, play a greeting/prompt, and then request the account number from the caller. Based on what they enter, you would then process that inputted data as you see fit.
