Desktop Application - Dev testing

Hello, the company I am working for has made some integrations with RingCentral and we are currently in the testing phase. I want to connect the RingCentral Desktop application, (not the phone), to our test region to ensure the integrations to RingCentral are behaving as expected. Is there a way to connect the main RingCentral desktop application to the developer account?

What I want to do is ensure the integration loads our app with the client details when an incoming call occurs.

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
  • On Windows: press "Ctrl + F2" keys
