One of our users repeatedly receives SMS messages from clients after hours on her phone app. I cannot see any way to turn this off. This is the only thing that comes through after hours - her settings are all correct and work fine for calls. Is there a way to turn off sms notifications?
Hi @Tracey Davis, there is no option to turn this off as it functions as a regular SMS.
