Total Abandoned Calls calculation using RC API

Hi,

Do I calculate Total Abandoned Calls, Unanswered Calls from call log records which I get from the following API:

https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/call-log

Yes, but it can be complicated if you are not familiar with the call log data.

Why don't you use the Analytics API and set the "callsByResult" in the call filters option.

We are already using Analytics API, but I was asked to calculate the metrics utilizing the call log records obtained from the following API:
