My conference call participants keep getting hung up on by conferencing call in number.

My conference call participants get one ring out of the Kalamzoo, USA number before it hangs up and ends the call. If you are on one of the office phones it works just fine but even from my cell phone it won't let me call in or even begin to enter the participant code.
