How to open browser when i get call?

how do i start adding code to my app?

Could you please post more info about your app? What programming language is it in? Is it a desktop app or web app?

It's a desktop app, where can I choose the language? after you create the new app the tutorials are kind of vague. thanks for your help.

Which tutorial are you following? 

I guess you are not talking about programming.

The RingCentral desktop app allows you to execute a command upon receiving a call. If your OS is macOS, you can enter the command as "open http://google.com". Then it will open google in browser.
