how do you turn off encryption for recording and analyzing with a 3rd party analytics solution

I have been running into a few prospects that are on the Ring Central platform that would like to analyze their calls. When we went to do a POC we found that Ring Central encrypts the voice packets in the internal network so when we span the L-2 switched we get garbage which cannot be recorded much less transcribed. Do you or someone you work with at RC know if we can disable the encryption or another way my solution can record-transcribe calls, SIr.
