HTML Anchors in a Glip Note

I am trying to use HTML Anchors in a Glip Note, but once I save the note the html changes from this: <a name="events"></a>

to this: <a name="events" target="_blank" href="">http://undefined"></a>

Is there anyway to prevent this?
