I would like to scan and fax the document out from my computer and printer

Hi Michael, 

With RingCentral, you're able to send faxes via email, desktop app, mobile app, or the online portal FaxOut. You're not able to send faxes from the printer, but depending on your printer, you could send the document from the printer to your email, and then send the fax via email.
