Integration with a custom ERP

Hello, we would like to integrate RingCentral with a custom ERP system. The idea is that when an inbound call is received, we need to detect the call (get some kind of notification), retrieve the phone number and do a search in the ERP database to find the caller information automatically. Can this be done within your softphone software or it needs to be done outside of it by using the SDK? Best regards, Alex

Take a look under settings > calls > incoming in the desktop app.  You will see an option that lets you launch an external app or URL.

I am trying to use this command line and it won't show the called number

Does anyone know why?  It just comes in as blank every time.
