Admin Portal, call log, detailed view searching question

When in the Admin Portal/Call Log/Detailed view the phone number search box does not do anything. How is is supposed to work?

You're welcome.... Ya.. it's in a rather awkward location, and it should probably say "search" or something more intuitive.

I am trying to delete a voicemail recording of a former employee's extension. Any suggestions? Support keeps on hold for hours and hangsup!

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

You could set it back to default or record one over it. Why do you need to delete it? You can turn off take messages all together also.
