I know that I can compose a group text using the PC softphone. Great. But if someone else initiates a group text, I only see the person who initiated the conversation, not the whole group, so there is no way to reply to all. Am I doing something wrong? If this is a known issue, when will it be resolved. As more and more folks use texting for business instead of email it is becoming a severe problem.
Hello @Bradley Chais! Yes, you can. When you add recipient, you need to uncheck the "Create Group Text." You can add up to 100 recipients.
