Automatic Volume Reduction on Calls

The volume automatically reduces on some calls answered through the Ring Central app and continues to do so throughout the call. What is the fix?

Hey Tom,

I would suggest opening up a case with us so we can troubleshoot. In your case I would suggest including a call sample no older than 24 hours and the debug logs from the mobile app.

Tom,
Any chance you found a resolution to this issue? I have a user experiencing the same. We've tried pushing device software updates, reinstalling the mobile app, adjusting audio settings, etc. No fix. Thank you.
