If you update this and your company greeting does not change for callers, look at the Auto-Receptionist settings and it could be that you are having inbound calls sent to a different extension. While looking at Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Settings, please inspect the "Company Hours Greeting" setting as well as any custom rules that could be set up. These settings will be able to tell you which extension people are reaching when they call your number. We have a guide on
