number of callers waiting default is 5 , i want to make it 3 for my account ! , please respond asap

At this time, 5 is the lowest setting we have.

@ Saadet we would like this number to be lower too and we would like it to send them to an overflow queue if there is no answer and they are waiting instead of just disconnecting or going to voicemail.
