Is there a report that will tell me how long an agent was logged in? Something with a specific login and logout time. The agent will be logging in on a mobile device.

Come on RingCentral. This is a basic call queue monitoring function! This and managers being able to log out agents if they forgot! When are we going to get basic features? This post is from 2018!
