I made a vieo conference call the other day and want to know where to find the recording? Thanks All!

How to find recorded video conference call. YES, I'm a noobie to Ring Central! Thanks.

It should save the mp4 file to your local c: drive user profile, documents folder under "RingCentralMeetings". This would be the system that you started the recording from.

You can also verify where it was saved by going to your Settings -> Recording -> Store my recordings at:

I don't see this option about where to save recordings. The only choice is a yes/no store locally. Where should it be

I've recently noticed that since early December 2018 my file when saved is no longer saving a final mp4 file as it was before but all the other downloaded files are there. Any reason for that?

This is what I see.  Thanks for sharing because it allowed me to go back through some of the older recordings (early 2018) to see that it's downloaded as 3 files...the 4th file is from when it's modified.  My apologies for the post.
