I'm trying to determine if there's a way to create an IVR option that would automate sending an SMS to a caller. For example, "If you would like a link to request party information sent to your phone, press 1". In turn the system would either send an SMS to the phone number that's calling with the link or it would ask the caller to enter the 10 digit number they would like the link sent to. Does anyone know a way to do this?
