Video and voice calling options are missing on free Glip plan on version 18.11.2

Hello,


We noticed that we don't have video and voice calling icons on glip conversations as you can see from below link.

Some of us who haven't logged out from older version still have the icon but can't make any call.

When the call starts it can not be cancelled on the desktop app and when you logged out to drop the call, Glip updates itself and calling icon is no longer there.


I have the video calling option on iPhone app but I can't place a call on there too. The error message says that call couldn't be initialized.

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?

How can we get back the calling option, should we downgrade the Glip version?

Hey Celal, if you haven't already, I would suggest opening up a case with our Glip Team so they can look into what's going on.
