No, I don't think this feature is there. You can add a request on idea portal here for future implementation

I don't understand why the list of countries is so long, but there is no number for India. Are there not enough people in India to warrant a local dialin number, or is there not enough business transacted in India? Wow...that seems really weird if Ring Central is trying to be a global player in the market.
