using the mobile app with 2 extensions

I have 3 voice prompts and 2 ext's. When I'm logged in on ext101 I can see all missed calls and receive VM's on the app. The challenge is when calls come to ext 102, I don't see missed calls and the VM gets emailed to me from RC stating I need to log into ext 102 to listen to it. Im a small operation and have "super admin" rights, why does one have to log in and out all the time?
