Call Parking

On the softphone, there is no indicator to remind you that you have a call on park. Lets say you park a call and then need to click elsewhere on the phone, a call could sit in park forever. There should be some sort of indicator or reminder.

Hi Amy, the Bridge Operator Console in the RingCentral App Gallery provides for parking lot visibility and also automates a message to the intended recipient of the parked call. Check it out. https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/bridge-operator-console
You can monitor calls parked to private park locations by adding them to the HUD, as long as the user is a member of the private park extension. It may be your convention to add that to every user.
