I can start my own meeting. But cannot join in most meetings (except for those with numbers starting with 14....) . Tried reboot, reinstalling. ...did not help. Using MAc Air OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

I would suggest making sure that your computer's firewall or anti-virus program isn't blocking RC Meetings. Also, verify that your Network has the correct IPs whitelisted and ports that are discussed in this KB article

I know it's a bit daunting and hard to understand, at first. Trust me, I've been there ;) However, there are some great tools online that walk you through how to whitelist an IP on your specific Operating System :) I'm not sure which one you have but I was able to quickly find some guides on Google for Windows and Mac OS

That article you referred to may as well be in Greek for what I could understand. It is way above the head of your average person. I don't even know what whitelisting is
