That is not something that RingCentral has control of.
Your request should be made to the NANPA.org
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Caller ID Name. Some company names have more than 15 letters. We need to represent our Brand by dsiplaying our whole company name.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Increase Maximum number of characters for the label/name in Company Numbers. 1.Account type- US

2. A brief description of the business- The account has company numbers where they want to add a label in each number so they'll know which branch/office the number belongs to.

3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested- Increasing the maximum number of characters that can be entered for the Label/Name on Company phone numbers.

4.A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature-

If the account has multiple company numbers which are not assigned to extensions yet, it would be helpful if labels/name can be added to those numbers so that admins will know which branch/office/department the number belongs to. However there are instances where the customer will enter a name/location/department/branch that will exceed 15 characters. As of this time 15 characters is the limit that Ringcentral has (which includes spaces) when entering a label/name on the company numbers page.

5. Increasing the maximum number of characters that can be entered in the label/name field of company numbers.
