How do you remove a introductory greeting that was setup by mistake?

The First Step

If you are an admin then Go to the user List, Locate the user and click on them. Expand Screening, Greeting and Hold Music. Uncheck User Greeting.

New Participant

The user greeting keeps playing even though the box isn't checked. Please help.
