I tried several times sending faxes via RingCentral to a fax machine which is attached to
ATA Router and configured in RingCentral but never successfully transmitting a single fax over. Receiving error report "Fax Message Transmission Result to +65 xxxx xxxx - FAILED" but was not getting any details of the failure.
However I get an error popped-up on the RingCentral screen after login. "E995 Service may be limited or unavailable. Your specific location may not be automatically communicated to the dispatcher".
Could this error is related to the fax transmission failure?
How can I solve the fax problem?
