Assigning a number to a call queue

Hi all,


I just created a simple call queue with 2 users.

At the end it gave me an extension number for the call queue but I was not able to add an actual phone number for people outside my organization.

Any idea what I'm missing and why I'm not offered to use an existing RC phone number as the main number of this call queue?
