Can't Directly Respond to Texts in Salesforce

Ringcentral app in my Salesforce browser won't let me directly respond on a text thread or scroll all the way down to the new messages. I've cleared cookies, signed in and out and even tried on different browsers.

I would open a tech support case to set up a time to screen share what you are seeing and the team can help troubleshoot!
