cant even get a simple answer as to : what is error code 3052

You won't be able to get much help here without some background information on where and how you are getting this code. That is a code used by Windows, Microsoft Access, Hewlett Packard, Xerox and many others. How are you getting that code with regard to your use of RingCentral or any of it's applications?
