Phone calls to/from United States while traveling internationally

I'll be in Europe for a couple of weeks and want to make sure that I can make and receive calls to/from the United States and also text to/from the United States over wifi in the same manner that I do at home. Is that how it works?

Susan - that's correct and the beauty of a cloud phone system. You do obviously need to use the RingCentral app on your mobile phone or laptop, and just like in the US you need a decent WiFi service for voice quality. Otherwise it's just like making the same call from your home or office in the US. Safe travels!
