issue with jabra vxi v300 , ringcentral and a Lenovo laptop.

I have a jabra vxi v300 and a Lenovo laptop. The laptop doesn't even recognize that the headset is plugged in, so when trying to use it with ringcentral, it simply plays through my laptop speakers. Anyone have any insight as to how to fix this? Thanks!

Is the issue your laptop won't recognize it or RingCentral app on your laptop doesn't recognize it?  Try to download the drivers for the headset from Jabra's website.  Also, I don't see this model listed on RingCentral's site as a recommended headset - https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/Recommended-Headsets-and-Speakers?language=en_US
