If a user extension has custom hours and is part of a ring group, will the ring group hours override the user hours?
Scenario: Front desk / Reception has a cordless phone so they can answer calls when away from the desk at the beginning of the day. The cordless has an annoying ring so custom hours have been programmed so the device will not ring during the day. However when the user extension is added to the reception ring group, calls go right through.
Is there a why to force the user extension to respect the custom hours while being part of a ring group?
