Inbound white list

We are a manufacturer that currently uses RingCentral to provide technical service support to a closed group of specialized technicians. We are seeking a way to create a white list of inbound phone numbers that would be the only phones that could access our group. This white list could contain several hundred phone numbers. We need everyone else blocked. Any ideas on how to do this with RingCentral?

In  the Screening, Greeting & HoldMusic section of the SuperAdmin extension (generally x101 unless it's been changed by you), go to the Blocked Calls section and select All Calls from the drop down. That will block ALL calls. Then enter the allowed numbers and/or area codes (if you want to allow an entire area code) you want to be able to call in. Everyone else will be blocked.

Make certain to do this on the SuperAdmin extension otherwise it will only work on the extension of the individual you select if not the SuperAdmin.

Entering hundreds of #'s individually would be very time consuming an difficult.  Does anybody have a method of uploading a list from an Excel file?
