So the sms function stopped working for some reason through the google chrome extension below is a screenshot of the error it says it needs a valid phone number. ( I am the Admin)
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app rebooting the computer & uninstalling rebooting on my mobile device and I'm still getting the same error i've tried multiple phone numbers and still the same error.
so I don't understand why it's not working I tried using the chat service with ringcentral and they were not able to help me and was escalated to another department. Is there anybody out there
that can help!
