Changing names on the Cisco IP Phone-SPA525G Side Car

In regard to changing names on the Cisco IP Phone-SPA525G, how do I change staff names on side car. Is this something done on internet? If so, where do I find needed info to log in? Person who created names on side car and was here for phone system set up is no longer with the company. Thank you

Hey Shelly,

The sidecar, which uses Presence, is pulling the information from the User's extension name. This information can be updated by a Super Admin on your account :)
