Link preview not available for email posting

I am having trouble getting links to show up with a preview in my group chats when sending a message from an email.


The exact same message being sent from the same account shows up differently when posted.

Ex. if you paste "http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf" on any chat when using Glip app, the preview of the test.pdf would appear, however if it was delivered "via email", it would only display the link.

Hi Kevin, 

This is working as designed-- it is not a feature within Glip right now for these previews to generate when an email is sent. I've flip flopped this to an idea for others to vote on as a potential feature.
