When I use Ring Out the person I'm calling hears our voicemail instead of a live call. How do I fix this?

When using the RingOut feature from desktop (not the app, directly through the Ring Central website), it allows me to make the call, but the caller hears our voicemail recording instead of a live person. Why is this even happening if we're calling out from the program?


We currently have all of our incoming calls forwarded to voicemail.

Double check and make sure that your voicemail isn't set up as your user greeting.
