NO BEEP AVAILABLE TO CALLERS ON OUTGOING CUSTOM MESSAGE

Hi Brian, 

We tested this, and there was a beep on a custom voicemail message. Can you check to make sure this isn't on an announcement only extension? Those extensions will not let anyone leave a message, and therefore wouldn't have the beep.
