We are new to Ring Central and have successfully installed the app in our Salesforce sandbox and installed the Ring Central Phone app.
I have had success making calls out of our sandbox and receiving calls from outside our org as a Admin. We are now trying to create new users and test (still from sandbox), but have no luck getting the Ring Central app to work correctly with test users.
Can anyone recommend a linear path of instructional video we could follow to get us up and running/testing? There are many helpful video we have watched, but we are bouncing around rather randomly, trying to find very specific content.
Any suggestions would be great.
