understanding missed calls

We are new to RC and are trying to better understand the analytics. my specific question is related to this screen shot. a call that seems to have been picked up also shows a missed. Why?

Hello, Are you using the Call Queue's for the groups that are displayed.

are you suggesting that the Missed part was the tier 1 was missed?

This doesn't seem correct, I'm seeing what you are as far as like talk time, but the call being listed as missed. Have you contacted Tech Support regarding this? It doesn't seem like anyone on our Community has seen this either.
