iPhone shortcut for specific meeting

Every morning first thing my team has a meeting, and I'm not always quite done with my waking up routines and able to traverse through Outlook to find the meeting link and remember to tap "use internet audio" after the meeting host shows up, which is a pain. Is there a way to create a home screen shortcut so I'm tossed straight into my daily meeting without the need to hunt for unbookmarkable links or choose the type of audio? Thanks.
