Call forwarding to Cell

I am out of the office frequently, so I have my calls automatically forwarded to my cell. When I answer from my cell, three out of four times, the other party cannot hear me and hangs up. I can hear them fine. Is there anything I can do to make the forwarding more reliable? In the US and I have ATT for cell service.

Have you tried using the RingCentral mobile app instead of forwarding your calls to your cell?
Does it happen all the time? Or just recently?
