Call forwarding to Cell

I am out of the office frequently, so I have my calls automatically forwarded to my cell. When I answer from my cell, three out of four times, the other party cannot hear me and hangs up. I can hear them fine. Is there anything I can do to make the forwarding more reliable? In the US and I have ATT for cell service.

Have you tried using the RingCentral mobile app instead of forwarding your calls to your cell?

When I turn off the call forwarding, the App will ring on my phone, but I cannot answer a call. It immediately disconnects on the first ring. Any further advice would much appreciated!
