Unable to use MacOS version of RingCentral with Catalina (10.15.1)

I'm unable to launch the RingCentral Phone application on my MacOS with Catalina (10.15.1). The MacOS says that it can not verify security and that the App needs to be updated. Is there a work around for this?


The error message I get says, "RingCentral can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. The software needs to be update. Contact the developer for more information."
